Your application
We use your contact details, business information, experience, operational plans and practical answers to assess your application and discuss a potential partnership. Required answers are needed for this assessment. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information or confidential passenger data. We rely on legitimate interests in evaluating business partnerships and, where relevant, steps requested before a contract. Applications are reviewed by people, without automated eligibility decisions. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
Translation and service providers
Our authorised team receives applications in English. Written business answers are sent to DeepL for automatic translation, with originals retained for comparison. Name, email address and company identifiers are not included in the translation request. Hostinger supplies website hosting and email infrastructure. These providers process information to deliver their services; their support and subprocessors may involve other countries and applicable contractual transfer safeguards. Contact us for details. We do not sell applications or automatically share them with city operators.
Security and retention
Hosting processes connection information to serve and protect the website. We use a protected representation of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We retain applications while discussions remain active or records are needed for agreed follow-up, a contract, legal duties or claims; closed enquiries are reviewed and unnecessary information removed. Security records are kept as needed to prevent abuse and investigate incidents. Ask us about the retention applicable to your information.
